Few Items 3 Day Before

Just a quick note to let you know that we have started preparing for the upcoming delivery of your furniture. Whether it’s fitting the tyres to the truck or allocating one of our experienced teams to your booking, we are on it!

While we prepare to deliver your furniture, if there is anything you would like to ask or discuss, please feel free to call us on 1300 907 911.

Here are a few points to put your mind at ease knowing we have things all under control…

Things the movers would expect to be ready prior to arriving:

  • Your furniture items are ready for transport.
  • If you are buying furniture make sure the seller is aware when we are coming to collect.
  • There will be parking available or organized.

Things that you will not need to worry about:

  • Our movers will wrap your furniture items and load it carefully into our truck.
  • The movers will do all the heavy lifting for you.
  • The movers can assemble your furniture items for you (If this is done by you before the move it will cut down on time and costs)
  • The movers will be fully equipped with blankets, straps, trolley, tools and expert experience.

Some things you may have not considered…

Your Truck Size:

This close to your delivery date, it is easier to have a clearer picture of what your delivery needs are. You may have come to the realization that you have more than you originally thought, or your item is bigger than you had originally thought.

Our staff are always happy to help. If it is decided that you might need a bigger truck, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

If you need to reschedule the move:

What happens if the seller’s availability changes, or the item you have ordered is out of stock or delayed? Or maybe you are getting your item delivered to your new home and you have had a setback in moving in.

We have been through it all and carry all the experience and compassion to support and stand by you while working your way through this stressful time. If for any reason you believe you will not be able to take delivery of your items on the original booked date, let us know and we will be happy to help reschedule your delivery as per your situation.

Access Issues:

If you already have your delivery booked in and then become concerned about getting your furniture into the property or fitting up a flight of stairs, don’t worry. Give us a call and through our expert experience we will help suggest the best approach for you.

It’s not long now. In three days’ time we’ll be delivering your furniture items for you and we ensure that we will be there to help make that process as smooth as absolutely possible.
