While we prepare for you move, if there is anything you would like to ask or discuss, please feel free to call us on 1300 907 911 to discuss.

Here are a few points to put your mind at ease knowing we have things all under control…

Things the movers would expect to be ready prior to arriving:

  • Loose goods packed and taped up in clearly marked boxes.
  • Fridge and Cupboards Emptied
  • Electrical appliances disconnected and packed away.
  • Paintings and decorations off walls
  • Clear access from truck to property and parking available (2-3 standard car spaces required)
  • Lift booked if necessary.

Things that you will not need to worry about:

  • Our movers will wrap all your large furniture items and appliances protectively and load it carefully into our truck.
  • The movers will do all the heavy lifting for you, including your boxes.
  • The movers will dismantle furniture for you (If this is done by you before the move it will cut down on time and costs)
  • The movers will be fully equipped with blankets, straps, trolley, tools and expert experience.

Some things you may have not considered…

Your Truck Size:

This close to your move, it is easier to have a clearer picture of what your move needs. You may have come to the realisation that you have more than you originally thought, especially in the case of boxes.

If this is the case and you are moving quite a distance you may want to consider giving us a call to discuss your possible dilemma. Our staff are always happy to help. If it is decided that you might need a bigger truck, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

If you need to reschedule the move:

“The settlement times have changed; The Office we were moving in to isn’t complete yet; There is so much to do, we aren’t ready yet.”

Does this sound familiar?

We have been through it all and carry all the experience and compassion to support and stand by you while you work your way through this stressful time. If for any reason you believe you will not be able to move at the date/time you have booked, let us know and we will be happy to help reschedule your move as per your situation.

Where do I start packing?

You’ve had so much to do; time has gotten away from you and you haven’t come close to finishing your packing? We understand and we don’t want you to stress. Well, if you have left it all for the last minute, don’t panic! Our expert team of packers can help you pack your office in no time. Packing your files, computers, kitchenware, Books, Paintings etc can be undertaken by our packers to make your office ready for the move day. The better the goods are packed, and quicker, easier, faster and cheaper your move becomes.

  • Bottled water
  • Paper Towels
  • First aid kit
  • Basic tools

Last minute things to remember…
