Should I be present at the premises?

Yes! We require you to be at the premises during the packing, moving, unpacking and arranging, to avoid confusions. If you are not able to be there, you can authorise someone responsible to take charge. We won't be able to work without you or your authorised representative present.

Are taxes and levies included in the pricing?

Yes, they are! Once we know your moving requirement and destination, we will give you a proper quote inclusive of all taxes. No hidden charges whatsoever. However, there might be other charges like parking restrictions, waiting charges, unexpected tolls etc which might be included once the move is complete. Our team will give you detailed breakup while billing.

What are the payment options?
